Eppalock to Sandhurst Pipeline Project (Stage 1, 2a and 2b)

Traffic management during construction activities.

Proving of all existing services.

Excavation in any material for pipe trenches and disposal of surplus soil for new sections of DN900, DN1000, and DN 1250 BSJ MSCL pipe.

Installation of DN900, DN1000, and DN1250 MSCL BSJ pipes and fittings including placement, jointing and any external coating repairs.

Supply and installation of all MSCL bends and fittings.

Supply and installation of DN800 HDPE submerged, precast pipe restraint encasement thrust blocks, all fittings and restoration works including erosion protection.

Supply of materials, installation and compaction of pipe embedment and trench backfill.

Supply and installation of all scour and air valve assemblies.

Supply and installation of non-return valve, electromagnetic flow meter and reinforced concrete pit and cover, MSCL pipework at Sandhurst Reservoir, including connection to power and communications.

Supply and installation of electrolysis test points and connections to existing pipeline electrolysis system.

Supply and installation of pipeline marker posts.

Reinstatement of all areas disturbed during construction including easement, pipe track, construction access roads and all public roads and reserves.

Hydrostatic pressure testing.

Commissioning following successful pressure testing including filling and charging the new water main in coordination with the Principal.
